As well as manufacture and production, we also offer a prototype and design facility, geared up to small and large batch work.

in some cases just a few hours!

We welcome prototype enquiries as a vitally important area of our business, from our experience this facility can quite often lead
to large batch quantities.

To produce all our sheet metal work we have four multi station CNC punches plus a CNC laser, this combination allows us to cover the whole spectrum of customers needs when it comes to metal thickness and shape, accompanied by several computer controlled brake presses we can cater for all the folding needs that are required.

The latest welding and finishing machines have also been invested in to give your parts the professional look that you need.
