CNC metal punching services for customers in Northampton
As part of the many sheet metal fabrication services available from Henderson Fabrications UK Ltd, we can also carry out sheet metal punching from our factory location in Northampton.
With four CNC punching machines available, we can handle sheet metal dimensions of up to 3000mm x 1500mm. Rapid and with accuracy to within 0.02mm, they are most effective on parts with many holes, and can also produce forms such as countersunk holes, threaded holes and embossing.
WE OFFER A RELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE
Our CNC punching machine can punch:
- Up to 6mm thick mild steels, aluminium and copper
- Up to 3mm stainless steel and brass
Cost-effective metal cutting services
To ensure that production costs for all our sheet metal fabrication services are kept to a minimum and that the savings are passed on to our customers, one of our punching machines has a fully automated load/unload system which can be left working un-manned overnight.
